VILLA DELLA CONTESSA

Beautiful old villa with pool of the roman Campagna, between Rome (10 km) and Frascati (4 km), on a hill with an impressive 360° view on Rome, Castelli Romani, and a big part of Latium (Tivoli, Colonna, Zagarolo, Frascati, MonteCompatri, MontePorzio, Marcellina, Palombara, Soratte, etc). Lies in the middle of the Frascati Doc wine region in a garden with olive trees, grapewines and a swimming pool. Castelgandolfo and Nemi lakes are about 15 minutes by car (about 10-12 km away), the sea is about 30 minutes away.
In the garden there is also a swimming pool (12m x 6m, max. depth 4m), garden furniture, BBQ, a pergola. Pets are allowed.
The antique house sleeps 4 and has 2 floors. The upper floor is to rent and has two bedrooms (a double and a bunkbed) and two bathrooms, a big living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a big terrace. Sat-TV, radio, washing machine, fridge, oven are at hand.
The big terrace (80 sqm)is equipped with,garden furniture.
We do speak english, german, french, spanish and italian.
The Surrounding:
Rome, Frascati, Castelli Romani, seaside is about 30 min away, Ostia, Ostia Antica, Tivoli, Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, Castelgandolfo and Nemi volcanic lakes are about 15min away, Palazzo Chigi in Ariccia, Castelgandolfo, Genzano, Grottaferrata and many other. Naples, Pompei, Ercolano, Stabia are about 1 hour away, Subiaco is about 40 min away.

Can sleep 12 if rented together with Villa La Limonaia (the antique orangery built on a roman grotto, makes part of Villa della Contessa and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room with fireplace, Sat-TV, comfortable sofa bed (italian king size bed), a full equipped kitchen.

Extra costs:
50 euros/week (gas, electricity, hot+cold water);
20 euros/week/person (towels + bed linen);
75 euros/week (heating - if requested);
50 euros (cleaning at end).
