VILLA LA LIMONAIA

Beautiful old villa with pool of the roman Campagna, it is an antique orangery built on a roman grotto, makes part of Villa della Contessa, between Frascati (2.5 miles) and Rome (6 miles), on a hill with an amazing 360° view over Rome, Castelli Romani, and a big part of Latium (Tivoli, Colonna, Zagarolo, Frascati, MonteCompatri, MontePorzio, Marcellina, Palombara, Soratte, etc). Lies in the middle of the Frascati Doc wine region in a garden with olive trees, grapewines and a swimming pool. Castelgandolfo and Nemi lakes are about 15 minutes by car (about 7 miles away), the sea is about 30 minutes away. There's a fireplace in the living room and a Sat-TV. In the garden there is also a swimming pool (12m x 6m, max. depth 4m), garden furniture, BBQ, a pergola. Pets are allowed. We speak english, german, french, spanish and italian. Villa La Limonaia sleeps 8: three bedrooms (double beds ) two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a very comfortable sofa bed for two (king size bed), a kitchen. Sat-TV set, radio, washing machine, fridge, oven.
Can sleep 12 if rented together with Villa della Contessa.
The Surroundings: Rome, Frascati, Castelli Romani, seaside is about 30 min away, Ostia, Ostia Antica, Tivoli, Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, Castelgandolfo and Nemi volcanic lakes are about 15min away, Naples, Pompei, Ercolano, Stabia are about 1 hour away, Subiaco is about 40 min away, plus many other.

Prices:
Weekly rental: 700 - 1200 euros (depending on the season and on the number of guests).
Extra costs: 75 euros/week (gas, electricity, hot+cold water); 20 euros/week/person (towels + bed linen); 100 euros/week (heating - if requested); 75 euros (cleaning at end).
A security deposit of 350 euros is requested.
